Retrieve a maker-checker action's status

Fetches the current status and approval progress of a maker-checker action for a given resource. A maker-checker action guards a sensitive operation (such as a payout, account transfer, card creation, voucher creation, or team invite) behind one or more approvers before it is allowed to proceed. Use this endpoint to check whether an action is still pending, has been approved, or has been rejected, and to see who has approvers assigned and who has already made a decision.

The lookup is scoped to the authenticated identity's entity (entity_id is taken from the bearer token, not the query string) combined with the reference_id and type you supply. If multiple actions exist for the same reference_id and type (e.g. a rejected action followed by a new pending one), the most recently created action is returned.

Because the authenticated identity is also taken from the bearer token, the response additionally reports is_next_approver (whether it is currently this identity's turn to decide) and is_requester (whether this identity originally requested the action).
